If you didn't read the formula in the safe you're doing it wrong.
I thought the formula was just for getting Vanra out? Still had to wollup the 3 flowers. I used a passive ending attack on Ethel and cut Vanra out manually, she ran off to a corner for the rest of the fight lol.
