One of the most famous: The end of Empire Strikes Back where Darth Vader says: "I am your father" and not "Luke, I am your father"... Super simple explanation: For many years Star Wars films were not readily available to own or view and TV stations would rarely play big blockbusters like they regularly now, it was an event! - But on top of that the phrase "I am your father" is just too vague on it's own.
