I don't want to think too hard or much about all the various scenarios for playoffs, so I will do the basic ones

Winner of Chiefs/Raiders claims the AFC West. A tie will give it to the Chiefs.

Any of the 9-win teams get in with a win.

I reported long ago that the Titans can only get in via the division, but I didn't account for all the wackiness the end has brought us, and they can get in via wild card with 8 conference wins if they win their finale (and Pioneers win otherwise the Titans would just get in through the division)
