TMOG posted... I feel like at the very least, the last episode set up that President Ritson might be the lynchpin for mutants being rejected and hated once they're introduced to the MCU. One speech undid all the good will that humanity felt towards the aliens among them, including those who fought against Thanos' army or were involved in bringing them back from the Snap/Blip. I'm also curious to see if this has any ramifications against the Asgardians living on Earth, since it was shown that the ramifications of his speech were global and not limited to America.
I was thinking about this.
My guess is that tourism there has probably fallen sharply and tourism was kind of their bread and butter. I can also see companies like Old Spice pulling out their ad support if the anti-alien sentiment is really strong.
