Topic	The number of men under 30 not having sex has tripled...

The percentage of young men abstaining increased from 10% in 2008 to 28% in 2018, while women reported slightly better numbers." I see numbers and my brain haywires. In 2008 it was 10 percent, in 2018 it was 28 percent, in the last year it's down to 23 percent. Seems like it's declining at least.
