Theoretically, if you treat Trump like any other person for these charges, the trial would be after the election. I don't think she's interested in that based on today. It honestly doesn't even matter what she's interested in. The moment she tries anything even remotely biased, Smith will go over her head to appeal and have her removed from the case. --- Narutaki was right.
