I grew up in a small town where the only murders were bodies hells angels would dump on the side of the highway. Literally no homicides for 25 years. Now that the population has blown up there, there's stabbings, robberies, rapes, and gang violence constantly. Everyone knows each other in small towns and has a respect for one another.
