I don't commit this stuff to memory; I've just followed a couple of topics wherein the posts of the person who got in trouble all seemed very reasonable. From what I've personally seen around here, people are very quick to make very negative assumptions and then use those assumptions (however unfounded) to rationalize why the person should get in trouble, leaving little room for productive discourse unless two people already share the same opinion. ...
