Topic	How many days of paid vacation do you get in a year?

When you leave the company, you can cash out vacation days but not sick days. Also might have something to do with how they roll over at the end of each year. You might be able to roll over a few vacation days into the next year but none of your sick days. Oh yeah, those be it.
