Heatwave to counter projecticles. Permafrost with Cold Snap to then get a guaranteed Dancing Steel in to build Zantetsuken.~~ ~~Stagger window: Diamond Dust > Gigaflare > Zantetsuken > Lightning Rod + Dancing Steel > Second Zantetsuken~~ important to realize that stagger multiplier does not increase with number of hits.
