Treating the threat of a chihuahua and the actual threat of a pitbull the same is not seeking to actually improve the issue either.

The fact that we at all think chihuahuas are a fair point in comparison to a pitbull. Comparing the two at all like they share an equal threat at all, no matter how you try to spin the angle on "improving the issue" says a lot.

Also, It is not always the owner or training like pit lovers always claim. Arguments to the contrary are always there, they just go ignored like always.
