The bio talks about their mutual father, the former grandmaster that Bi-Han apparently killed to take leadership from. And considering Bi-Han is Chinese and Hanzo is Japanese, it's very unlikely they're both actual brothers, so I think we're getting something different with Kuai Liang as Scorpion.
