Meanwhile there's literally thousands of hidden exploitation gems from the 70s and 80s, and I'm having a blast finding and watching them. Just saw the Roger Corman classic *Humanoids From the Deep* last night, for instance. It's about mutants coming out of the water and, uh, forcibly mating with the women of the town. And it's directed by a woman.
