I absolutely forgot to mention that Noob was completed busted in UMK3 and Trilogy.

Noob was so busted that he was actually banned in competitive play in both of those games because the Ghost Ball just kept opponents unable to do anything for too long, and there were set ups to hit a ranged throw to nail the opponent with it on the way down. And in Trilogy he had an easy infinite if you just hit his Teleport Izuna Drop, which was always a solid punish to catch someone with that literally just ended the round after with a combo they can't escape out of.
