Topic	Netflix has started cracking down on password sharing in the U.S.

The reason Netflix has finally started cracking down on sharing is because they had run out of new subscribers. Anyone who was going to subscribe to Netflix either already does or is borrowing an account. They don't have truly new users left. That's why they are turning inward towards users who don't pay.
