Roberts/Libs/Kavanaugh/Barrett say "Uh, yeah state legislatures don't get to be immune from judicial review in elections" and Thomas/Gorsuch/Alito say, "But they should be!" Well, to be more precise, Thomas's dissent can be divided into two parts - one (all 3 dissenters on) saying "This case is moot, we shouldn't be touching this and should let the lower court decision that said the legislature was right stand." and then a second part where he goes on to say, "But if we're going to talk about it anyway then absolutely they are." and Alito doesn't join the second part. --- May you find your book in this place.
