I have little interest in many home ownership things like doing remodeling, wanting a large space, etc. I'm single and bought a place that's like 950 SF, half on the first floor and half on the second. I rent out the first floor and live on the second. I'm the same way, I don't need a lot of space and don't want anyone living with me.
