The trick is that different people adapt to different road conditions. What's acceptable in NYC isn't acceptable in New Jersey, and neither is the same as what's acceptable in rural Pennsylvania.

You're more likely to notice what you're not used to and call it "wrong". But put you in someone else's state and they think you're the one who's the asshole.

9 times out of 10, when I have issues with a driver in NJ, it's someone with out-of-state plates.
