John Owens was born in 1735, so he would predate the established record by about 15 years.
I think the biggest problem is with Owens's photograph though. The earliest known portrait photograph of a human was taken around 1837, and photograph portraits weren't really a thing with the public until 1840. Assuming Owens's photograph was taken in 1840, that would mean he would be about 105.
