That's a lot tougher to do for women because of how society expects them to look. It's not fair, but it is how it is.

Also fat women often tend to be a lot heavier then fat men. Men it all just goes to the beer gut, but their arms and legs stay skinny. Women, not so much. There's a reason men's sizes generally go up to a 3X while women's sizes go as high as a 4X or 5X.
