I'd definitely say Ben falls into the "money and power" department as that political add is about him "fighting the woke mob."

I'd also still put people like Ben in the minority. As most people are not calling Trump hubby material for his looks. Notice even in that political add they had to literally change Trumps fat ass to, not actually be an orange whale.

So even with all that posturing Ben did, even Ben is aware his dear leader is obese and doesn't look manly. He had to create this fantasy version of Trump that wasn't fat but instead buff.
