I work at Starbucks and if I want a basic coffee on my days off I go to McDonald's or Dunkin because it's cheaper and just as good. They're all arabica beans of different blends.

That's because Chick-fil-a actually has the staff to accommodate for their business. The way Starbucks staffs, they min-max to find the theoretical minimum number of baristas to hit 45 second drive times, with the best baristas in the business, and then try to cut on top of that. So if your store doesn't have the best baristas in the world or something minor goes wrong, drive times get impacted.
