I didn't see an actual web, but when I saw it, it was on its back on the floor of the porch. The yellow jacket corpse was above it, and it was spinning it around with its legs (the hornet was about twice the size of the yellow jacket). I didn't know what it was doing and I spooked it before I could get a closer look. The yellow jacket was clearly dead though. It was unclear if the other one killed it.
