Tried something else directly on youtube. No audio. Checked both ends of headphone cord. Didn't fix it. I was like FUCK did I ruin this cord? It's worn down a bit, the metal plug parts disconnect easily, but I wrapped it around the earpiece so it wouldn't pull out as easily (lol >_>). Still nothing. Apparently I must have hit some bullshit button combination on my keyboard because I figured out that my audio settings were changed from sound card headphones setting to "do sound through connected device" (TV, which is muted). I switched it back and problem solved. Gave me a fuckin brief scare though. Should have figured it out sooner because my volume thing usually says "Headphones (X%)" and instead said "43S435 (X%)" and I didn't realize something was wrong with that the first few times I saw it until I remembered that shit was my computer's code for my TV as a monitor >_< --- D ...
