Yeah. Group therapy seems like it would really depend on the individual. I wouldn't be into that either. Being over Zoom didn't bother me though. Were you good with being open about things when it was 1on1? Also, did you openly tell them that the group therapy wasn't working for you. I get anxiety when speaking to more than 3-4 people at once. And this is people I grew up with. I can crack jokes and participate in small ways, but any extended conversation makes the eyes get to me and I just find myself wrapping up whatever Im saying as quick as possible.

Also, getting no feedback seems dumb lol. I only talk because I want feedback. Especially if it's therapy. That seems like the main part of it lol
