Climb the corporate ladder as much and as fast as possible saving all but what you need for your basic needs then retire ASAP. Look up the FIRE movement. That's the best way to deal with this and the further you get up the ladder, the fewer customers you'll actually have to deal with (but then you'll have the bloodsucking ass kissing colleagues).
