Sorozone 03/10/24 3:56:30 PM #493: | So I mentioned that I'm going to try to dunk a basketball just for a fun goal, and I did some plyometric exercises before my leg workout yesterday, and that alone has given my calfs more soreness than any calf raise exercise I've ever done.
