Like I know people struggle with dieting because of certain food cravings. Or they don't enjoy dieting because they don't like "healthy" foods. I love pizza and burgers, ice creams, ect, but I'm able to just turn off a switch and just eat Greek yogurt, eggs, oatmeal, chicken and fruits and veggies.
