I'm never 100% sure how that list really works amongst the voters. Nancy seemed to have a relatively quiet year, so I'm not sure how that one happened. But without question she's been a standout visual from the start more so when not in the goofy attire MLD threw at her. Interesting picks to me at least within the K-Pop sphere were: ITZY Chae She's been on this list, and I think rightfully so, but I'm a little surprised Yuna wasn't on that list at all, but maybe my eyes are just missing something. Also interesting that her sister is nowhere to be seen. LSF Kazuha I think she does deserve this kind of recognition. It seems for the most part she's got the most minimal changes in stage looks because what she's got already goes a long way. XG Harvey XG usually makes her look (and sound) weird, but she's definitely had better looks in her previous years modeling. It's cool she still makes this list. I'm kinda being a snob, but I don't know about influencers being on this list. Technically there is no such restriction but while I can respect that they do their own grind to make a living (and in all fairness are also attractive in their own right), it's just a different line of work from actual professional modeling/acting/music, etc. There is of course the dark subject of how many or few names on that list are actually 100% natural, but this is a very subjective list and it's a weird superficial room for outright judgement. It's a fascinating thing all in all.
