Them working with Disney resulted in Kingdom Hearts (and a Gordian Knot of a plot, but that's a different story), and working with Nintendo resulted in Mario RPG. I think they should work with Capcom and make another Megaman X JRPG like Command Mission. CM wasn't exactly revolutionary, but it was competently made. Give it more depth and NG+ and you've got something great.
