I can see people who are already struggling to make ends meet reaching a breaking point if such a proposal goes through... The answer is simple. Lower pay/compensation to high ups. Less money spent on dividends and shit. Stock buybacks are banned or severely limited. Etc. Pay workers more to do less(bare minimum is far more to do the same)Pay the highs ups less and tax them more. The excess money is there. Income inequality has soared for decades.
