It's still the hardest boss in the game and you need dedicated healers (or stacking defensive spells, which is a thing you can do, to cut the damage down to size), but it's wayyyyyyyyyy more fair. There's no bullshit RNG to the amount of damage she does, either you can pass her heal check or can't. There's no tentacle addons shitting out bad breath or Lightning on you either, or applying protect or haste to the boss.
