I don't like using moves below 90% accuracy unless I absolutely have to, and since Surf was an option, I didn't have to. EDIT: In case anyone wants to mention Blizzard, it had 90% accuracy in gen 1 (broken as shit lol) and was nerfed to 70% in gen 2. CountDrugula posted...
