Because most people would still want to have their own vehicle, even if they normally use public transport Or space for others who visit to park Less money earned per housing unit (yay from buyer perspective for lower home price) but more money earned in total because you can develop more units, and parking is the least profitable part of the unit, next to lawns. --- Take me for what I am -- who I was meant to be.
