Like for an example my company just changed the rules about trays, before they never wanted servers to use tray now its required for drinks (not plates though) even if it's just 1 drink, just why? Also we used to have a simple napkin fold but they had to redo the fold so it takes twice as long and now we run out all the time because of how much longer it takes.
