| Sufferedphoneix 04/06/23 7:24:15 AM #9: | I quit cold turkey when I went to rehab. Didn't phase me. And I drink a fair amount of caffeine. 6+ 12 Oz sodas a day. Maybe its cause I've been addicted to far harder shit. Hell I honestly wonder why I can't quit smoking. I go 12 and a half hours a day without one cause I cant smoke at work and we don't get breaks. I don't wear a patch either as that doesn't seem to help with urges just withdrawal symptoms --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ...
