My Edelgard in my current run was at level 24 before the timeskip and I'm actively using her for Crimson Flower. Also, yeah, it's a shame you didn't get A rank with Rhea in Silver Snow since from what I heard that's the one route where getting an A rank with her matters.Yeah :( I never bothered with her because I was so focused on trying to recruit everyone + get them all to B rank that I neglected her.
