Topic	Black Man Gets AGGRESSIVE & ALMOST KNOCKS OUT Cart Narc(VIDEO)

So without clicking, I'm guessing it's like the old "pranks in the hood" videos where they intentionally provoke black people into reacting violently. Cart Narc videos are similar to those "prank videos" where they are doing something intentionally to get a rise out of someone.
