The only angle I can see is to tell the doctor he thinks he saw on Lea to protect him by saying yoohoo I saw your silly butt and didn't reveal you so now protect me. But, why assume doctor went to Lea? If anything, Ulti said his team was going to Lea tonight to "sleep with her". Too on the nose? Maybe, but Ulti clearly put the nightkill in on Sbell.
