| Topic | Had my first panic attack in 2 years today. |
| FF_Redux 03/24/23 5:51:19 PM #1: | My mental health isnt doing so well. Its chaos in my head, my thoughts and emotions are fucking things up for me. So much mental blocks, I get mad at myself why not just do the things I want and not let my thoughts and feelings have so much control over me. I had to go on sick leave from work, I cant manage it right now, I dont wanna be away from work but yeah. Just had to vent, it almost feels like Im scratching at the door to depression, and I need to avoid that.
