I get how taking an inventory of the positive can be healthy. But taking an inventory of negatives while not making it an open conversation and instead telling others to pile on to the negativity. Im still not saying it can't be, but it's so polar to how I deal with things I legitimately wouldn't understand how it helps if it actually does I guess I get it to not feel alone in your sorrow Well, if you read my poem you see I tried to make mine happy and optimistic, flip the script.
