Frequently bloom double-triggers so Kaveh can consistently eliminate 1200 self-damage. 1200 self-damage is a 24000 damage bloom. Which is expected if you geared your group for personal dps instead of EM. Long story short, Kaveh eliminates the need for healers. You can run Nilou Kaveh Kokomi(Clam) *hydrodps* and it should work great, or you could invite 2 hydro nukers. Wait.
