"Swatting" is only an effective tactic for hurting other people - which is why people like TheQuartering support the action. It's not bringing them to justice (though I suspect if they were brought to justice, it would probably look a lot like this), and if they are in a place of social privilege like TheQuartering it will engender all manners of bourgeois sympathy for them (since the bourgeoisie de facto support Nazis over the groups of people their activities hurt) and thus hurt one's cause. Needless to say, if you do it to him, you might also hurt innocent people, whereas when he does it and innocent people get hurt, it's okay because he wants to do that anyway.

So, there's a very practical reason to not dox or swat him that is the heart of the ethical reason.
