I never understood why people care about trophies and achievements. Seems like unnecessary stress worrying about dumb shit like killing 50 bats with fire arrows or whatever.

If the devs gave us actual rewards for achievements then ok, I get it. Special weapons, extra missions, etc. But you get nothing.

Some achievements are actually worth going out of the way for. Like completing X side quest (line) that you might not have much interest in but since its part of, like, the last 100 gamerscore, you'd be more willing just for completions sake.

Giving achievements for natural progression is lame though.

ME2 having achievements for doing the final mission perfectly is actually achievement worthy.
