I don't want to commute to work every single day (2-3 days a week would be perfect) but it's getting harder to separate work from home life now, and I feel like I can't fully relax at home nowadays

You need a designated work area. I have half of a room dedicated as a work office. If I'm not "on the clock" then I'm not sitting over here. It's the only way to help keep that separation.

Just in general i like doing my business at home. I am not someone who doesn't do it public. I know some people have a big thing about that. But I assumed just in people liked to do that at home more then waiting for work

I'm the same way honestly. My jobs are also salary so it doesn't matter when I poop. When I worked hourly jobs in college, I did like figuring out how much money I made sitting in the private bathrooms pooping.
