I'm at the point where I have 14 characters to use but the game is still only letting me use 12 per battle at most, so I'm purposely rotating my team around to get all 14 of them action and make sure none of them fall behind. If one of them did happen to fall behind, I'd rather it be Hortensia since she can at least sit back, stay out of combat, and use staves to help the team without her stats mattering too much. --- https://i.imgur.com/PmF1p9q.jpg ...
