For the other three, I did Hector, then Soren, then Camilla. That being said, Hector will be really difficult if your magic attackers aren't good enough. If you feel like you need to level your mages more or if you think Soren's magic and Camilla's Bolt Axe will be useful for dealing with Hector, save him for last.

I know Leif is considered the worst emblem but seriously how does quadruple hit work? Thing does like 0 damage most of the time.

Lief's best use is letting an archer attack with bows during the player phase but still counterattack with something else during the enemy phase. That and unlocking weapon proficiencies, since he gives all of them except tomes and arts.
