In my first playthrough I made Jade a Wyvern Knight because I wanted to make her more balanced and not purely a tank, but in my current girls-only playthrough I made her a General because I don't have Louis and Jade needs to be my primary tank. Great Knight is another good choice. Jade actually has a pretty decent natural magic growth of 25%, so a mixed class like Mage Knight could work for her too.
