This may have created additional hazardous chemicals that they are currently not testing for. The shit's gotten into the Ohio River and people are reporting dead fish and birds. West Virginia has enhanced water treatment at facilities drawing from the river. Meanwhile, Ohio sent the residents back home to face whatever chemical cocktail is awaiting them.
