Remind me again: How many characters can you take into the Tiki paralogue? I forgot already.

I used one on Alear and how she kills mostly everything and has alot of movement on her own through why does she have the ability to go bare handed? I still have another left

You should have two more after that one, one from Anna's paralogue and two more in the shop by the end of chapter 9.

3 yeah Jean is super underleveled compared to Framme right now but Yunaka seems to be the better healer since she can actually kill things that come after her.

You also have the option to promote Celine (to Vidame) or Citrinne (to Sage) if you want to have a staff user but don't want to deal with Framme being underleveled. You didn't mention Chloe, which is a shame because she's really good and promoting her (to Griffin Knight) is another option for a staff user.

Who should I put the three houses ring on? Right not it's on Vander and it helps but I feel like it's wasted on him and as for the others they're all still on the people alear gave them to in story.

For one, you should immediately bench Vander because he's complete and total shit. He's an already promoted unit with the stats of a level 5 unpromoted unit and he sucks up experience points. If you've been using him a lot, that might be part of the reason why your team is underleveled.

As for the 3H ring, maybe put it on a decently bulky sword unit like Alear or Diamant. Giving them an axe to counter lance users is nice, and whichever once you don't give the 3H ring to, you can give the Roy ring to for the Lancereaver. For some other ideas to shift around the rings, maybe try:

* Micaiah on Chloe if she's not too underleveled (for a flying healer, plus her magic growth is pretty good)

* Leif on Alcryst (so he can attack with bows but counterattack with the Killer Axe on the opponent's turn while engaged, plus inheriting Build +3 would be nice)

* Marth on Celine (so Lodestar Rush will do magical damage, which might be useful for dealing with Hector if you also do his paralogue)
